01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the zb999 website accessible at zb999.pro, including all associated sub-pages, game interfaces, account dashboards, and sportsbook functionality.
• "Account" means a registered user account created by an individual on the zb999 Platform.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account and is using the Platform.
• "zb999" means the operating entity responsible for the Platform and its services.
• "Balance" means the total real-money PKR funds held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet awards, or matched deposit bonuses credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Payment Method" means any of the approved transaction channels supported by zb999, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action defined as prohibited under Section 9 of these Terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by zb999 before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the zb999 Platform, registering an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the zb999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and must not register an Account or place any bets.

zb999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice, subject to the obligation to notify registered Players of material changes via the email address associated with their Account. The version date and version number displayed at the top of this page indicate the current applicable Terms.

03 Eligibility & Registration

To register an Account and use the zb999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The minimum age for participation on zb999 is 21 years. No exceptions apply.
• You are registering the Account in your own legal name, using accurate and complete personal information.
• You are not registering a duplicate Account. Each individual may hold only one active zb999 Account at any time.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from zb999 or had an Account closed by zb999 for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• The Payment Method(s) you intend to use are registered in your own name and are under your lawful control.

During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate personal details including your full name, date of birth, residential address within Pakistan, and a valid mobile number. zb999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration, including CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued identification, at any stage of the account lifecycle.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balance pending investigation.

04 Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. zb999 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

You must notify zb999 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. zb999 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials or have shared them with any third party.

• Do not share your Account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your Account on your behalf.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistani mobile number for enhanced security.
• Log out of your Account on shared or public devices after each session.
• Keep your registered contact email and mobile number current — these are used for security alerts and withdrawal notifications.

zb999 operates a single-account policy. If at any time two or more Accounts are found to be operated by the same individual — whether using the same device, the same Payment Method, the same identity documents, or the same IP address — all duplicate Accounts will be suspended. Any balances or winnings generated via duplicate Accounts will be reviewed and may be forfeited.

05 Deposits

zb999 accepts deposits exclusively through the approved Payment Methods listed on the Platform at any given time. Approved Payment Methods currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, and Meezan Bank. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit cap, though individual Payment Methods may apply their own transaction limits. zb999 does not charge any deposit processing fee; however, your Payment Method provider may apply standard transaction charges.

• Deposits are credited to your zb999 Balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the Payment Method provider, typically within five minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa.
• Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to three hours to appear in your Balance during standard banking hours.
• If a deposit does not appear in your Balance within the expected timeframe, contact zb999 Support via live chat with your transaction reference number.
• All deposits must originate from a Payment Method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Account dashboard, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same Payment Method used for the Player's most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing by zb999 Support.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within five minutes of approval during standard operating hours.
• HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank withdrawals are processed within three hours during standard banking hours (Monday to Saturday, 09:00–17:00 PKT).
• Withdrawals submitted outside standard banking hours for bank transfer methods will be queued and processed at the opening of the next available banking window.
• zb999 charges no withdrawal processing fee. Any charges applied by your Payment Method provider are the responsibility of the Player.

zb999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including a copy of your CNIC and proof of ownership of the nominated Payment Method — before processing any withdrawal. This requirement applies to all Players and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing. KYC verification is a standard compliance obligation.

Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is not permitted until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before Wagering Requirements are satisfied will result in the Bonus Funds being removed from the withdrawal amount.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

zb999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual offer, which will be communicated clearly at the time the bonus is presented. General bonus terms applicable to all zb999 promotions are as follows:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have a fully verified Account in good standing, unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a Welcome Bonus once only. Multiple claims of the same promotional offer — whether via duplicate Accounts or otherwise — constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture.
• Wagering Requirements must be satisfied within the stated validity period. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account upon expiry of the validity period if Wagering Requirements have not been met.
• Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered in full before any Real Money Balance is used. zb999 applies Bonus Funds first when calculating wagers.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Live dealer games, sports betting, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in each individual offer.
• zb999 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any bonus at any time where abuse, fraud, or technical error is identified.

08 Game Rules

All games available on the zb999 Platform — including but not limited to online slots, live dealer table games, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. zb999 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where a void or cancellation is triggered by an error, malfunction, or event cancellation under the applicable game or sports betting rules.
• In the event of a software malfunction or disconnection during an active game session, the outcome of the affected round will be determined by the server-side game log. All game outcomes are recorded server-side and are final.
• Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, associated bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Balance in accordance with the sportsbook rules applicable at the time the bet was placed.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market and are subject to change without notice.
• zb999 reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted in error, including bets accepted at manifestly incorrect odds or under conditions of technical fault.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zb999 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulently obtained identity documentation during registration or KYC verification.
• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, artificial intelligence, or prohibited third-party tool to interact with the Platform, access games, or place bets.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or glitches for financial gain.
• Participating in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or coordinated manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed via zb999.
• Using a Payment Method that is not registered in your own name, or using a Payment Method funded by fraudulently obtained money.
• Systematically placing bets on all possible outcomes of an event across multiple Accounts to guarantee a profit — commonly known as "arbing" — in a manner that exploits the Platform rather than engaging in genuine speculative betting.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward zb999 Support staff or other users of the Platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the zb999 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, interface designs, software, text, and data — is the exclusive property of zb999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or transmit any Platform content without prior written consent from zb999.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes, including advertising or promotional use.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of zb999 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of the licence, Account suspension, and may give rise to legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zb999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to a bet being voided under applicable game rules.
• Financial losses resulting from Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical malfunctions beyond zb999's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that proves to be inaccurate due to technical error.

zb999's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

12 Responsible Gaming

zb999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all Players via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic notifications reminding you of time elapsed and net activity during your current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

zb999 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and any remaining balance will be returned to the registered Payment Method after identity verification. For full details, see the Responsible Gaming policy.

13 Termination

Either you or zb999 may terminate your Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• You may request Account closure at any time by contacting zb999 Support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be resolved and all active bets must be settled.
• Upon voluntary closure, your remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your registered Payment Method within three business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
• zb999 may suspend or permanently close your Account at any time without prior notice where you have breached these Terms, where fraud or illegal activity is suspected, or where continued operation of your Account would expose zb999 to legal or regulatory risk.
• Where an Account is closed by zb999 due to Prohibited Conduct, any Balance associated with that Account may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the investigation confirms the breach.

Termination of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued under these Terms prior to the date of termination.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming compliance standards under which zb999 holds its operating authorisation.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and zb999 that cannot be resolved through the Support team, the matter may be referred to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as designated by zb999's operating licence. Details of the applicable ADR body are available on request from the Support team.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Pakistani law.
